Product Nature & Safety

Botanical Integrity: Our products are crafted with 100% natural, food-grade ingredients. While our botanicals are technically "safe to taste," they are formulated for external use on skin and hair.
Sensitivity & Patch Testing: Because we use potent plant extracts (like Cinnamon and Clove), we highly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before full use, especially for sensitive individuals.
Medical Disclaimer: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a professional if you have specific medical skin concerns.

All-Natural Variations

Handcrafted Quality: Since we use real plants and zero synthetic stabilizers, slight variations in color, scent, or texture between batches are normal and a sign of true botanical purity.
Temperature Sensitivity: Our butters may soften in heat or harden in cold. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product. (See our Shipping Policy for the "Fridge Fix" tip!)

Ordering & Payments

Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact info are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing or running promotions at any time.

Returns & Replacements

Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used jars.
Damaged Goods: If your glass jar arrives broken, please email a photo to @earthlyecstasyco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
