Refund Policy

At Earthly Ecstasy, we take pride in the purity and handcrafted quality of our botanical butters. Because our products are made with food-grade ingredients and zero synthetic preservatives, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and freshness for all our customers.

 

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used jars. We want every customer to receive a brand-new, untouched product, and we cannot restock items once they have left our kitchen.

 

Damaged or Broken Items
We use high-quality glass jars to protect our botanicals, and we pack them with extra love. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken during transit:

  • Please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to @earthlyecstasyco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement jar immediately at no cost to you.

 

The "Summer Melt" Policy
Because our formula is 100% natural, it is sensitive to heat. If your butter arrives soft or melted, it is not damaged—it’s just a sign of its purity! Simply pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes to restore its texture. We do not offer refunds for melted products, as the healing benefits remain fully intact.

 

Cancellations
If you change your mind, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

 

Allergic Reactions
We celebrate sensitive skin, but everyone’s biology is unique! We highly recommend a 24-hour patch test before full use. We cannot offer refunds based on individual skin reactions, but we are happy to answer any ingredient questions before you buy.
